NO quality... Quantity, numbers, and results...

Mechanistic: Read a "TEXTBOOK" on mechanistic organizations and feel like a robot. Orders and nothing else, no way to do things, your way. If 'they' see it, you are IN TROUBLE!
Not much welfare but all results based... The years spent as a student learning GOOD processes rather than simply caring about results, are WASTED!

WORK, work, work... someday, something will HAPPEN... FOR THE GOOD...burb...

All work...... not Service... Quantity(numbers) and not Quality(the way it's done)

I am a brother of a successful man, I want to DO IT TOO.

I guess the limiting factor in this lifetime of mine is the people around me, I think it is time to care about the future than the past. The job I am in, seems to limit my goal setting.

So, I can only look out for opportunities.

I AM having the belief that I can get the CERTIFICATES, in this country, or outside this egg shell. It is a matter of time, and inevitable, I will not let this mini- people; around me talk me into submission and mediocrity.

I work in a 'privatized', government 'out- sourced' company. So, I stay down, but will rise to the occasion soon. He has shown me success,
